Founder Director –
CA Gaurav Talwar
Gaurav, Founder Director of Amblem Consulting, is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of expertise in taxation, regulatory advisory, transaction structuring, and investment strategies.
He began his career with Lodha & Co. in 2001 and later held key roles at EY and KPMG, advising private equity players, REITs, and multinational clients on inbound investments, exits, and complex tax matters.
Beyond client advisory, Gaurav has contributed to policy initiatives, including white papers on the Direct Tax Code and FDI issues, and has been actively involved with industry bodies like FICCI and CII.
At Amblem, he brings together technical depth and business acumen to drive value creation, growth, and successful execution for clients.
